The Sunnyside- The Sunnyside has been recently refurbished and is a family-run establishment in a superb location near the Great Orme in Llandudno. Set just off a well-preserved Victorian promenade, comfortably decorated en suite rooms offer the added convenience of TVs and tea/coffee making facilities. An inviting restaurant (to seat 45) is on hand, complimented by a well-stocked bar/lounge. The Sunnyside is situated just 5 minutes' walk from Llandudno pier and promenade, and just 10 minutes' walk from the Llandudno Ski Centre and West Shore. Please note that the Sunnyside operates a completely non-smoking policy.

Tyn Rhos Country House- Located on the open plain between Snowdonia and the Isle of Anglesey, this former farm has been transformed into a stylish country house. Ty'n Rhos is surrounded by 50 acres of farmland with views of Snowdonia, and its friendly staff extend a warm welcome. Lynton House- Situated only 50 metres from the pier and the sweeping promenade, Lynton House is a superior, family-run guesthouse that has been awarded 4 AA stars for elegance and cleanliness. This immaculately maintained guest house lies under the Great Orme, just off the seafront. Most of the bedrooms have been refurbished and all of the rooms are modern, comfortable and finished to a high standard. Hospitality is warm and welcoming and there is a comfortable lounge overlooking the pretty courtyard. The lounge has an honesty bar for residents and is a great spot to sit and relax or watch TV. Free Wi-Fi is available in the lounge and in some of the rooms. Please advise the guest house in advance if you would prefer a room with Wi-FI. Please note that Lynton House does not have a lift. The Stables- In 15 acres of beautiful, peaceful countryside, on the edge of the Llyn Peninsula and Snowdonia National Park, The Stables offers charming 4-star guest accommodation and free parking. Originally built in the 1970s, The Stables has en suite ground-level rooms and 2 self-catering cottages. Each room is individually decorated, with its own charm. The Stables was once the home of the Olivers, a well-known local family of horse breeders. The breakfast room is in the original stable block, converted in the 1960s. Liverpool House In Powys- Liverpool House is a large double fronted guest house with excellent accommodation, both with and without en suite. Situated in town, but with superb views of surrounding hills and countryside. This guest house is situated in the heart of Wales. Guests arriving at Liverpool House are assured of a warm welcome by the owner Mrs Ann Griffiths. Liverpool House has a total of 9 bedrooms (5 in the main house and 4 in the annexe. Colour television, beverage tray, hairdryer and iron in all rooms. All rooms are centrally heated and are on two floors. No two rooms are the same size or decor. Visitors have access to two lounge areas where they can talk or watch TV on the large TV sets available. Due to the new law it is now an offence to smoke in these premises.
